Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This statement explains how accessible this website is, what we have done to make it easier to use, and how to tell us if something is not working for you. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it.
What web accessibility is
Web accessibility means making a website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. That covers reading text with a screen reader, navigating with a keyboard rather than a mouse, zooming in without losing content, and being able to see text clearly against its background. Accessibility benefits everyone, not only visitors with a disability.
How this site is built
This is a static site built with a single consistent page structure. Pages are built from shared templates so headings, navigation and the footer are consistent on every page.
The layout is responsive, so it adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, and text reflows when a page is zoomed. The site uses a single consistent set of colours and fonts across every page.
Images carry alternative text, and the contact form uses properly labelled fields. The site is written in short paragraphs and plain English, with clear headings and no dense blocks of text.
No content relies on sound or on animation to be understood, and the site does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
Conformance status
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible, and they are organised around four principles: content must be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We have built the site with these guidelines in mind, and we review it as we add new pages. We do not claim full conformance at this time.
Known limitations
We want to be honest about what we have not yet fully checked or fixed.
- Third-party content. The blog posts on this site are written and supplied through our publishing tool, and we cannot guarantee that every image or document supplied by a third party carries full alternative text, so we check and correct these as we find them.
- Downloadable PDF documents. Our Client Engagement Contract and Schedule / Statement of Work templates are PDF files, and PDFs can be harder to navigate with a screen reader than a web page. If you need either in a different format, ask us and we will provide it.
- Colour contrast. We have chosen our text and background colours with readability in mind, but we have not yet completed a full automated and manual contrast audit across every page, so there may be individual elements that fall short of the Level AA contrast requirement and we will correct any we find.
- Older or embedded content. Content added after launch is reviewed periodically rather than at the moment it is added.
How we test this site
We check the site when we publish changes, and review it periodically. Automated accessibility checks form part of our build, and we review new pages as they are added. This statement was last reviewed on 1 October 2026.
